Executives with Flutter confirmed that they’ve partnered with Scientific Games to expand their mobile sports betting services in the United States Market. This agreement will enable for fantasy sports services to be implemented, which would include content from iGaming. It’s unknown if these services will consist of slot machines relating to various American sports. Before this deal can be immortalized, Scientific Games must receive legislative approval from all required state associations. All upcoming fantasy sports games will be operated under the SG Digital-operated “OpenBet” engine, which is operated by a subdivision of Scientific Games. For the last decade, this software has become more popular throughout the European Union. This will mark their first foray into the American market, which is growing at an average percentage of 12.3% monthly.
